Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund policy will allow you to return an item to us within a 14 day period from the date you receive your item. Items are to be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in it’s original packaging.

We do not accept refunds for - digital downloads, personalised items including bespoke resin products, and sale items. Unless damaged or faulty.

If you receive your item damaged please contact us immediately and provide photos via email  info@bespokebusinesssupplies.com

Items will only be exchanged if they arrive defective or damaged.

Please contact us before sending your item back.

It is your responsibility to cover shipping costs unless item is faulty.

Confirmation will be emailed to you once we receive your return.
